Originally a hot dog salesman with a thriving food cart business, Sam was driven to bankruptcy when gourmet food carts became the local rage. He turned to scamming, as a specialty trade. When his first scheme, to set up a "Divine Food Cart" outside a Catholic church, proved an ungodly failure, he was left searching for a new scam. After reading recent news stories about the success of illegal dentists, Sam was envious -- he wanted in on the trade. He knew he'd be a natural... he considered it just another way of filling people's mouths.
